Explain Operationalizing Variables /AN

For this task, you will need to identify 8 new quantitative research articles from the NCU library. First, choose four from the following six variables: Mood, Motivation, Performance, Happiness, Leadership, Anxiety. Then, locate at least two quantitative original research articles for each variable and examine how the variable has been operationalized. For each variable, note the references of the papers you have found and briefly explain how the variable was operationalized (e.g., Mood was assessed by …). Next, explain how well you think each variable has been assessed in the papers you have chosen. In your evaluation, consider how the authors in each article explain why the way they defined and measured each variable was appropriate.
